1. Marshall’s Landing

Sitting at the top of the Grand Stair at the MART is Marshall’s Landing. A+I designed this lounge and restaurant space, which also included conceptualizing its name, branding, and developing an entirely new service model. It is a place that blurs the boundaries of lobby, bar, restaurant, meeting, and workspace.

2. Equinox Headquarters

Equinox asked Architecture Plus Information to create an elevated, holistic office experience inspired by the well-known brand. The 117,000 square foot space represents the company’s first major move since establishing its home in New York City thirty years ago.

3. Squarespace Portland

Architecture Plus Information‘s design for Squarespace’s Portland office mirrors the design intent and spatial gestures of the firm’s Global Headquarters in New York City. A+I sought to create an environment in which creativity, comfort, and collegiality coexisted, allowing employees to work in either focused or collaborative styles.

Architecture Plus Information

5. Tribeca Residence

For this New York City apartment, attention to detail was key. Occupying a historic townhome with rough-hewn beams and red brick, the design served to elevate the existing architecture while adding a contemporary perspective for the owners to enjoy.

6. Zizmor Residence

A small former superintendent’s unit within an Upper West Side apartment building is transformed into an urban oasis thanks to a clever reimagining of a back alley that was transformed into an outdoor recreational landscape, doubling the apartment’s size.

7. Canvas

Inspired by the company’s stated mission that “everything must always be surprising, original, and inspired,” A+I created a workplace to reflect this founding ethos while allowing for the physical and visual growth of this newly established company.

8. Midtown Fund Management Office

Relatively minimal furnishings add to the open feeling of the rich workspace featuring white-oak flooring and white terrazzo floating staircases.

10. Horizon Media

For this latest project with Horizon Media, A+I were challenged to create new spaces for employees to relax, work away from their desks, train, and learn new skills.
