RUSH TOWER AT GOLDEN NUGGET LAKE CHARLES
The Rush Tower, the most recent addition to Landry’s, Inc.’s The Golden Nugget Lake Charles complex, was designed and built by Abel Design Group.
The new $100 million 14-story tower features 353 guest rooms, including 4 deluxe villas with outdoor patios, to allow The Golden Nugget to keep up with rising demand.
MEMORIAL TOWERS I & II
CapRidge Partners made a strategic investment in two Class B buildings, Memorial Towers I and II, and hired Abel Design Group to refurbish the buildings’ common areas and transform tenant space into tenant and guest amenity spaces.
The building owners desired that both properties be aesthetically connected while having individual personalities. The design team was also entrusted with renovating both buildings at the same time.
The design team approached the design issue with a hospitality and health focus. Many bespoke components, such as welcome desks, lighting, and art, may be seen in both venues.
The rehabilitation phase of the project includes the design of both buildings’ lobbies, restrooms, corridors, lounge areas, elevator banks, elevators, and garages, as well as an outdoor plaza connecting the buildings.
GOLDEN NUGGET ATLANTIC CITY
This is a hotel project currently underway for The Golden Nugget, Atlantic City, wholly owned by Landry’s Inc.
As in most luxury hotel rooms, they chose a carpet to cover the entire floor. The design picked complements the hues of the bedroom decoration.
THE THOMPSON HOUSTON HOTEL
The Allen is a $500 million mixed-use development spread across six acres of prime Houston land. The Thompson Houston Hotel is part of the project.
The Thompson Houston Hotel guest rooms and public spaces, as well as The Residences at The Allen luxury residences, were designed by Abel Design Group.
